Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We work with both individual and bulk orders. Whether you need a single personalized gift or custom apparel for a business, team, or event, we can help you find the right solution.

Can you help with the design?

Absolutely. If you already have a design, logo, or artwork, we can work with your files. If you only have an idea, we can help transform your concept into a design that works well for your chosen product.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

For the best quality results, we recommend high-resolution files such as: PNG (transparent background preferred), SVG, PDF. If you are unsure whether your file will work, feel free to send it to us and we will review it.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Production time depends on the size and complexity of your order. Most standard orders are completed within 5–10 business days after design approval, but larger projects may require additional time. If you have a deadline, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

Yes. We offer local delivery options in Ottawa and surrounding areas, as well as shipping across Canada. Pickup options may also be available depending on your order.

Can I provide my own apparel?

Yes, in some cases we can customize customer-provided apparel. Contact us with details about your items, and we will let you know if they are suitable.
